It all depends..

I was on both Celexa and Wellbutrin at the same time w/no side effects. It made me more calm in stressful situations. It also help to curb my sexual appetite,which was really high, now it's nonexistent. I think it's a good thing for me since I don't have anyone. I just thought it might help you with your crisis right now.
