So you were able to continue working out with this? That is super. Up til now i have taken a break from all workouts, but this morning I am hitting the basement to begin my routines again. I do weights on monday wed and friday and cardio on tues thurs and saturday. I will probably have to cut back on the intensity of the workouts and the duration. Im looking forward to breaking that sweat also. That makes me wonder if i will need more lemonade to sustain me for work outs. Ill find out soon. Thanks for you input! And congrats on your great successes...that reminds me....are we going to gain at least some of the weight back when we go back? It would seem inevitable.
