Hi Tracey, How you doin? I had a rough night. First my feet swelled up making it hard to walk. Then all my tendons started aching. Lying in bed I just couldn't shut down the brain. It was like having the energiser bunny in my head, it kept going & going & going. After taking liver herbs, listening to all 3 of my CD's, and giving myself an enema I finally felt some release around 3am.
Since I'm in florida Im guessing that'd be 11 or 12 at night on your coast. I did alot of reflecting, lying there, with my intimate thoughts. Reflecting about this prior post and just what I was trying to do. Mainly I was trying to make connections, to previous places/points in time,(because that's what worked for me with The Shard)when you had these feelings before. The wound goes a long way back,I'm guessing past life because(another guess) it's something you were born into. Growing up you probably had a
run-in with it. I want you to try and find that time. The people involved, the situation, the issue. There's alot more I want to say but have to get ready for work at "Walley World".

Oh yeah, dreamt about you last night. I was saying, "Look, I'll let you prune my lemon tree all you want. Just let me get the fruit off first, ok?"
