Hi, first off be confident, as I am sure you are that transformation will occur and it is easier to let it.

Your energy conservation reminded me of a Taoist teaching wheere non-action or conservation of energies is the period where one gains everything including emotional serenity and greater knowledge of the God-force or Tao. In that eternal state you have everything. No need to struggle as we often do. We need this dark period to grow. In an effortless flow state you will be able to consolidate. You can still work at attainment yet hopefully do it without struggling. You know all about not struggling and not resisiting so you know the Tracey that emerges will be more balanced.
