Re: Invitation on knowledge of ratio omega 3:6:9

Rice Bran Oil is a good choice for cooking, in that it is relatively high in Monounsaturated fat, moderate in O6, has a little O3, and "the X factor" Gamma Oryzanol, which is just now starting to attract attention in the mainstream.

Not to mention it has a high smoke point for cooking, and since Gammo O is an antioxidant, it doesn't hydrogenate as quickly when cooked in. It is also an antiulcerative, is hypoallergenic, and supports increased gut microflora population and health. as if that weren't enough, it has been demonstrated to increase lean muscle mass and combat lactic acid buildup. If you want a kick-ass oil mix that is easier to tolerate in real world dietary measures, no secret, a good 50/50 mix will do wonders. Makes good mayonaise too. Sunflower oil is crap, by the way, oleic or not.
