Thanks Pierre for the post. I checked Udo's web site again and even if we suppose he is right about optimal ratio 2:1 in favour to omega 3, he does not tell us how can we reach it or measure it by ourselves. Do we have to use Udo's choise blend to be sure?
I read supplement facts from the Barlean's label: omega 3/6200 mg and omega 6/1810 mg per 1 Tablespoone I guess. So I have to increase of omega 6 input. How do I do this? Blending pumpkin and sunflower seeds and add it to flaxoil? And how much?
Or maybe try to blend 1 teaspoon of flax,pumpkin and sunflower seeds together and leave flax oil out? I just can't figure it out how to do it right.
