Thanks to both of you for your suggestions. I have used castor oil packs for liver flushing many times,but had trouble keeping it in place the one time I tried it on my lower back. I also take enzymes as recommended by my Naturopathic doctor, but not in that quanity. I also love fresh pineapple, so that treatment will be on my list. Today I lifted something heavy at work and it hurt so bad I had to leave early. On the drive home I had a deer run into my car and it caused considerable damage to the car and gave me a bad jolt to the neck. The pain got so bad I wound up taking pain medication-something I want to stop. I was off of it for about 18 months until this last flare-up. Tweet
