MH recommends eating a pineapple a week. I happen to love pineapple and last January I started eating at least one per week. I was doing it for the overall goodness of the enzymes, etc. Supposed to be good for parasites also. I have mild arthritis in various joints and also carpal tunnel syndrome. After eating the pineapple a while, I started noticing that although my knuckles were still swollen, the redness and sharp pain were not there. With the CTS I still fight numbness of my hands and arms occasionally, but the sharp, burning pain associated with CTS is not there anymore. Mighty good tasting way to find out if it helps you.
