Thank you for your advice, reasoning, and instructions. What you have described seems safe enough, and I will try.

To answer your questions, I come from India, and my family is quite strict. It may come as a surprise that I would be afraid of meditation, yoga, etc. coming from India, but the reason is that we know of people who have become insane, and even possessed with evil spirits through these activities. Most people from there just go to spiritual men to get answers instead of contacting the spirits themselves. What you have explained does seem to be safe, but there is just a general fear of spirits.

Andreas' spirit, I feel, is good and pure. He is always truthful, and his intention is always to help and not harm, which is why I feel safe asking him.

I'm not arguing with what you have said, but just explaining why I feel this way.
