I would say stop with the parasite cleanse and instead do the liverflush, things might be clogged up there. In combo you can do the bowelcleanse and skip the 2 days of the liverflush, because the bowels will be cleaned by epsom salt.
You can use different oils, like safflower and lately someone on the other forum has used coconut oil. The coconut oil is different but it still works. There is a back and forth thread on the liverflush forum.

I don't understand the livercleanse, I thought you could cleanse only with a flush and herbs are more for support or strengthening but not a cleanse.
When I read the question it feels that there are too many things going on at the same time.
The liver and bowel are important to be clean. According to Andreas if you have a clean bowel the parasites have no place to live, actually he does not even suggests parasite cleanses.
Like I have mentioned I had liverflukes, but thought they were thin tomato skin, till someone, several months later,asked about it at the forum and I realised I had seen them.
