red/orange stuff - flukes?

I have noticed the red and even some orangish looking things. But more red recently. I am on a liver cleanse and am TRYING so hard to get back to taking the para-cleanse I was taking... it's just my liver hurts when I do... I'm going to look into getting the zapper...

Will the liver cleanse I'm on, along with a general cleanse, para cleanse (paraGONE) and colonics be enough to kill these suckers living in my liver?

Also, is this indeed why my liver hurts when I'm doing these cleanses? Because it's killing the flukes?
