Re: seeing parasites

Hi there Heyjude,

I am really afraid of doing a parasite cleanse. I know I have them because I had my first Colon Cleanse last week and passed around 10-15 worms. I am not sure what they were, maybe you could tell me - they were about 1/2-1 inch long and had a kinda hook tail.
Now that I know that there is something in there I can't ignore it but what should I expect. You mentioned 7" and 5" etc.. was it wound up in amongst the faeces or did it dangle out - eeeekk! What's all this stuff about moons? I know that I'm gonna need to get some books but I need some answers now :-(
I do not have bad health necessarily but sometimes feel bit tired at times etc. and I crave bad foods, anus itches at night etc etc..
I read about the parasite coming out of the nose - is this a common thing - eeeeek! I am so scared of what will happen, when and where I see them. I hate creepy crawlies at the best of times let alone living in my body - please heeelllllp - what should I do? Please answer all of my questions!
