It depends on how infested you are. You will know how infested you are by how long it takes you to parasite cleanse, this will be until you don't see parasites in your stool and when you feel your health is better. Then maintance is a must to not get reinfected.

But don't get discouraged, you will get your health back, we just have to be patient. We will be here to help you. Work on the parasite problem first, you could add some colon cleansing along with the parasite cleansing and then Liver Cleanses when you feel strong enough. Most of us felt worse at first but we have seen our health improve as we watch these nasty critters swirl down the tube. Hang in there, find ways that work for you to make it all easier.
