cool, juice fasting it is. I'm not really equipped to do enemas, both mentally, and equipment wise. [blush] It's mainly because I'm living with my intolerant parents. They have a hard time understanding that I'm veggie nevermind that I'm doing a Colon Cleanse ;-)
Anyway, the point I was trying to make with my previous post, but then got distracted, is that it can't be the P&B being the mucoid plaque, because I'm definitely passing teh P&B, but that it's perfectly normal colour and consistency when it comes out of me.
