It works better if you drink the terraimin clay water separately before and about 20mins later drink the whole organic psyllium husks drink after...for parasites--- 1/4 teaspoon of fully ozonated olive oil works best (DE is good, too), I take it all the time before bed 4 hours away from food after my psyllium drink-- ozonatedoilonline.com... it took me about 3 weeks until I passed mucoid plaque and took me more than a year to remove it all-- in the beginning the mucoid plaque is the color of foods you commonly ingest and then it progressively gets darker and more putrid and then towards the end its almost green black or black ...really gets gross and when you think is done, there is more...
