Last year I did a colon cleanse, mostly following Dr. Jensen's protical, except that I didn't have the bentenite clay, so I did the cleanse without it. I still passed the rope, hard, rubbery, long looking stuff. So it can't be the combination of clay and psyllium that cause it. And I've taken psyllium before without doing a cleanse, and the bm's didn't look like that. I'm doing a Colon Cleanse now, using clay this time, and I'm getting the same mucoid plaque(?) looking stuff. Whatever you want to call it, I think it's good to do colon cleansing to get it out.
