In my opinion a Colon Cleanse should ALWAYS come first!! And I would definitely use Oxypowder or colosan instead of the cascara sagrada. Start the Oxypowder and then after 2-3 weeks you can start with the parasite cleanse and go from there. But stay on the Oxypowder throughout all the cleanses. It's great stuff and you definitely don't want to become constipated when you are "cleaning house".
