Yes, with a candida diet I guess it can be tough to keep your fiber up. But there is fiber in veggies and in buckwheat and oat bran etc.

I have read those that have problems with constipation, just are not drinking enough water. Seems like benonite requires this.

Maybe I should take cascara sagrada an hour before the benonite.
