I have listed all the cleanses I plan to do, but which order should I do them??? HELP!!!

Hi everyone:

I am really confused about the proper order to do all the cleanses.

I have ordered my parasite and kidney cleanse for my husband and myself.

Since I am having trouble with digestion and all that along with IBS and spastic colon (who knows what?) I need to do it all. I realize this might take me 6 months to do it all but, I really am not sure what order to do it as I have read so much my head is mush.

I am doing in this order:

parasite cleanse for 30 days--the one I ordered is the complete kit and not basic----DO I NEED TO BE ON A SPECIFIC DIET WHILE DOING THIS

then:
colon cleanse (not sure if I should do this during the parasite cleanse)---I am going to take cascara sagrada, benonite and psyllium----for this

then
kidney cleanse ---that I have ordered along with the colon cleanse

then
Liver and gallbladder---recipe of H. Clark

then
there was something to do with lemon or grapefruit fast

I just want to be sure we do this the right way the first time. If I do this in the wrong order, I dont think it will be as effective.

I will also be doing a candida cleanse.

There you have it. I am gutt, kidney, bladder not well and everything seems to be attacking me as I got a divorce 2 years ago and since then just all screwed up----probably from stress.

Someone please tell me what order I should do all this. I would appreciate any e mails. Also is an enema necessary during these cleanses and how often, when etc.?
