Thank you for your response Ev..I know those scriptures very well believe me..my husband used to use them on me all the time..when he didn't get what he wanted..I read many christian books that state those scriptures..I am not a perfect wife grant it..But my heart loves the lord and he will change me where change needs to be changed..I can go on and On of things I have done but what does it matter, my situation is my situation....Husbands are suppose to lay down there lives for there wives as christ layed his life down for the church..I truly believe if husbands being the head of the house would do there part it would be very easy for the wife to do hers. I mean what women wouldn't call her husband master if he would be willing to lay down his life for her..I don't feel that in my marriage..I feel I take care of way too much..he goes to work (which is good)comes home and that's it..now don't get me wrong I should be so lucky to have a husband even go to work..but for a godly marriage there is much more way much more..
I will read those scriptures and meditate on them, but you must understand, I don't feel taking care of..I don't feel secure and safe(at times)I want him to make me feel that way..He needs to be a man, a father and husband..
I can tell you are a Godly women, I ask that you would pray for me and that God will change my heart,and my husbands as well..things are fine here now..but it is just a matter of time....Now I must go out and shovel snow we live in Pennsylvania and we got alot of snow today.moreto come tomorrow.
