Re: Drinking water during Liver Flush

Wow!

Thank you for all the great feedback, everyone. Weighing all your input, I've decided to hold off on the sauna, though drink water if my body feels it needs it during the Water Fast section of the cleanse.

I also realize I really need to do the bowel/ parasite and kidney cleanses, and should have done them first, but I'm still going ahead with the liver, then will do the others before my NEXT liver flush.
