Re: dry sauna OK afternoon of the cleanse?

Hello Abigail!

I am not an expert in these matters (hopefully someone else is...) but my feeling is that if you drink lots and lots of water before and after....hmmm...I'm just thinking about this now...It seems that many people have a hard time being hydrated enough for the Liver Flush as it is. The Epsom Salt drinks are very dehydrating. So, unless you can get a lot of water in you before...and drink some afterwards (I know she says no water after 2...but I know people that drink it up to 1 hour before the first es drink)..then I'd say maybe skip that sauna on your Liver Flush day.

Being dehydrated because of the Epsom Salts doesn't feel that great.

So I guess it depends on whether or not you can re-hydrate yourself enough...?

Let us know!
