Young moms? What about the dads? They are the ones that have to live with the results of circumcision or noncircumcision! What does a mom know about living with a penis? All knows is what she sees, totally different than HAVING one! Ask some of the older men, the ones that have lived with the results, had the diseases, felt the ridicule, cared for the infections because not all moms teach their sons how to clean themselves properly, then the poor boys become men and have to live with the ignorance that was shown them, and not knowing how to properly clean the penis everyday-often.
It's clear that a board is not going to educate those with their minds made up. Just look at the facts WITH AN OPEN MIND. Then make an educated choice.
