Depends how you look at it. You could say the same about female "circumcision" which is routinely carried out in many parts of the world and is routinely carried out among certain ethnic and religious groups in the US too. But I'm very glad that I have my complete genitals and I prefer them the way they are naturally. I would have lost something very precious and a source of great pleasure if my labia and clitoris had been removed.

Now, I know you'll say that a circumcised guy still has a penis -- but the trouble is that all he's left with is an insensitive blunt instrument with a leathery, desensitized head. And it's not only the guy that's lost something -- it's the woman into whom that blunt instrument will be inserted -- she's lost the pleasure that only a probing, moist head, sensitive glans gives.
