Exactly.
If you look at the big picture, we all know that the buildings do nothing for the kingdom, they certainly don't enter heaven! They will be left behind here on this earth to rot. So what is the sense in wasting money on a fancy building when that money could go to a better use?

Of course there will be some building costs, utilities etc. But we can certainly be wise with the money and keep it to a minimum.
