Hey all -
Happy Monday morning. Day 6 for me; I'm over the hump and continue to do sooo much better than Day 1/2 (those were the worst). I just read a post where the poster said he/she is going to do Atkins after done with the MC. To each his own, but I'm scratching my head about it anyway....isn't Atkins almost a polar opposite of what Burroughs recommends for healthy eating? Anyone with lots of knowledge on all this have a comment? I personally am really sick of all the "low carb" food commercials. Geesh, don't people realize that our bodies, for the most part, RUN on carbs? Also, speaking of Burroughs, I assume he's deceased. Does anyone know when/how he died? Just curious....
