The process of debate involves the presentation of evidence form both sides of the argument. You have made claims which it seems you cannot provide an explaination for and that is OK. I have clearly stated that I will provide the digestive enzymes (with names), where they are secreted from, the stimulus/messenger system responsible for the release of these enzymes. You have been asked to do something similar in producing the names of the food derived enzymes, how the body detects these enzymes and thus knows not to produce these and waste energy, as well as supplying the messenger systems for the communication to the organs involved in the digestive process. So far you have produced a quote of a quote stating that enzymes are released by chewing...not a very complete explaination by any means. As I stated before if you don't understand how this works just say so!!
