Misleading "challenge"

Your "challenge" is misleading and erroneous. Of course the human body (if healthy) *can* manufacture enzymes.

The point is that to do so requires an enormous amount of energy and is deleterious over the long run to the health and wellbeing of human body.

The less enzymes our food contains, the more our body's have to supply, and the greater the digestive stress on our body.
