LOL! OH dear did I do the switcharoo thing again??? LOL!!! Honestly my dyslexia crops up in the funniest ways. :) I've done that before. Yes, I meant Julia Chang, who for me sets the gold standard for bio-chemists. ;) And I have a much beloved cookbook by Julia Child, which sets the gold standard for cookbooks. (she even lists the utensils you should use for each step of the baking process.) :)
