Re: ideal diet and post liver flush symptoms

Hi SHelleycat,

I have some more questions:

1)What will be causing too fast a transit time? Is there anything I can do about this? Will taking oils eg UDo's choice with meals exaccerbate this? SHould I take them away from meals, or with my protein shake?

2)I read a post recommending a tablespoon of olive oil taken with the P&B shakes. Is this a good idea for me given that my liver/digestion is weak?

4)I am taking a supplement to heal the gut wall (permatrol from biocare). Is it worth taking it while my digestion is still so poor ie while my gut lining is still constantly being irritated?

5)Will the p&b shakes be at all abrasive on a gut wall that is damaged but trying to heal?

6)You mention doing an enema with live probiotic. Can you suggest a brand?

7)What would be the best enema for me to start off with?

8)I have read various posts of yours recommending Liver Flush and post Liver Flush protocols, but I have found it a bit confusing. Do you suggest that one takes no Epsom Salts at all, and instead just does a salt water flush the next day. Do you suggest that one does all of a salt water flush, enema and detox bath on the same day? How much olive oil is ideal and in how many doses. Perhaps, if its ok, you could write out your IDEAL Liver Flush and post liver flush protocol?

Thanks again so much Shelleycat,

Worthers
