1. As frequent as possible! :) They're best on an empty stomach, so whenever you can do them in the morning, or skip dinner and do them at night. Aim for 3+ a week.
2. Not really, the trick is to eat easier to digest meals at night when digestion is weakest. You can break the "wait 3 hours between meals" rule the most in the morning.
3. Get them from a grocer that does a lot of business so they're really fresh, make sure they're organic and cage free preferably. Wash them before cracking. Only 1 in 20,000 eggs have ... argh... what's the name of that ... I'm brain farting! oh no! LOL!
