Re: Thanks for the information...
i say all i said because the problem is not that you are doing what you are doing
BUT
that doing that method can be addictive once you see how fast the weight comes off etc. and doing it all the time (low cal then to fasting) will pretty much bring your metabolism so slow that you are just setting yourself up to get fat. and thats why it also can get addictive.
plus the slower you lose the weight the longer it stays off and the better your skin looks.
make sure you take a liquid multi-vitamin when you are doing this.
cook with olive or coconut oil (non hydrogenated) to keep your gallbladder running and stop formation of stones.
watch out for darkening urine, nausea, lowerback pain.read up on kidney failure so you know what to look for if that is happening.
chest pain and wierd heartbeats are signs of low potassium.
eat some oranges or have some juice.
also WATER WATER WATER WATER!
when you burn fat like that you release toxins. (even if you are not fasting) and that can burden the kidneys and liver.
have you heard of ketone strips?
check them out to make sure that you are in ketosis(fat burning) not keacidosis (diseased state). they sell them at health food stores and online.
