Thanks, that makes me feel really good. One thing I have noticed, that I'm wondering how to deal with is that my skin is really dry since I started eating differently. I probably need to drink more water. But then I worry about having an electrolite imbalance. I wouldn't know how to tell if I did have an imbalance anyway, so if anyone knows how to gauge that kind of thing, and what to do to remedy it, please let me know. Should I just eat a banana every day or two? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
