under 700 calories a day will slow your metabolism and make your system digest lean muscle mass, which in turn will send you body into starvation mode wich you will hold on to fat in all the wrong places. (belly hips and thighs)

also fasting slows your metabolism.

and if you are nutritionally mineral deficient and are fasting you will harm your organs (brain,heart,liver,kidneys)

i think you should work with a nutritionalist because if you keep going at the rate you are you are most likely to see yourself experiencing ,kidney or heart failure or even a stroke.


you skin is dry because you are starving your body. the first sign that you are damaging it. you will start to notice dry pale lips,dark circles,thinning hair on your scalp,increase in body hair and an ashy waxen color set in if you continue.
