Ethical Dillemas

I have been learning so much about alternative treatments over the last year and have been working on improving my health, and visit this site daily. I am working on different cleanses as I am very toxic, My first Colon Cleanse I got amazing results. I am taking my time learning and working through this. I am now working on a parasite cleanse and working with Dr. Clark's zapper. I feel so great with zapping, I was very sceptical. I feel myself improving.
... So what is my problem? I am a nurse. I am in the Medical field. I am a Hospice Nurse and a lot of what I do is counseling people through the dying process. I love the work I do, and I love to help people feel comforted even in the slightest ways. I have seen people be freed of pain in their experience with morphine, I have seen people be freed of urinary retention with a catheter. Everyone has to die this I know, but I now feel guilty about my work with this new knowledge of alternative medicine. Are "they" meaning the medical establishment really all bad? I have seen some families use alternatives therapies, but the patient still dies as usually the disease is far progressed at that time. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
