Re: Hysterectomy appt. in march, questions, please help.
Hi 39927!
What Kathryn said is right - there is a time for medical procedures to be done. However, personally speaking I would extremely exhaust every other option before having the surgery.
Some people do fine with the surgery and others don't. Simply because enough pre surgery testing was not completed. The doctor just jumps at the knife option without checking for any underlying causes.
Two examples:
A lady I know went in to have a quick routine hyterectomy and ended up in the hospital for 3 months because the doctor made a mistake and cut the artery that runs beside/behind the uterus.
My aunt went for routine partial hysterectomy (they left the overies) and the surgery went not too bad - she lost a lot of blood. But is now left with deep scar tissue where the uterus would be, thus meaning she is in pain STILL! She thought this hysterectomy would be the cure all.
So please do as much research as you can on the procedure. Have the doctor run as many pre-surgery tests as possible. Such as blood work, ultrasounds both abdominal and intra-vaginal etc. This will cut the chances at the surgery being botched because the doctor runs into something unexpected.
Since March isn't that far away I can tell you've pretty much made up your mind. Otherwise I would suggest you do some serious cleansing. Such as a
parasite CLeanse, Liver Flush, backed by
Liver Cleansing herbs, kidney cleanse, MAJOR DIET OVERHAUL, and taking a femal formula such as
Dr. Schulze 's Femal Formulas:
