a mono fruit diet supplemented with raw nuts would be best. the killers are dairy and wheat and mixing carbs and protein together. yes, that means pizza, hamburgers, lasagna, eggs and pancakes, turkey and dressing, steak and potatoes, etc. the american diet is the worst in history.
