They want to take the tonsils and adenoids

Owen, as always thanks for your knowledge!

I've seen three doctors and they all want to take the tonsils and adenoids. I had my tonsils, and probably adenoids, removed when I was nine and have had weight gain and health problems since, including, an auto-immune disease, Type 1 diabetes.

I'm not letting them take the tonsils, but I have recently strongly been considering the adenoids. I just feel like I'm hurting him by letting the sleep apnea going on and on. I feel like if I get the enlarged adenoids out the apnea will stop. The allergy meds seem to have helped with the snoring and a little with the size of one tonsil.

Are the adenoids as important as the tonsils?

I don't think I can get him to do the liver flush. I've done five flushes this past year and can hardly get the stuff down myself.

I'll check out the mask.
