I don't know if you (rudenski) read the Barefoot Herbalist's forum, but he advocates a raw mono diet of fruits, nuts and berries, along with any plant oils you like, especially olive oil. But anyway mono, meaning one fruit nut or berry per day! As often in the day as you like, but even then many fasting advocates say only one meal per day. That's a bit more than I can handle all the time, but I can do it some days with no problem, usually with oranges and maybe some lemon juice and herb teas.
