That stuff about only eating fruit which has fallen from the tree is like hardcore Janism or something. I've read that you should pick the fruit and eat it within seven minutes. Natural sugars are perfectly healthy and all that stuff about fruit sugars being harmful is BS. And if one is going to submit to medical tests, then there will always be something wrong, blood pressure, whatever.
So vegetables are man made. Also they have to be cooked, and if one can think that raw foods are better then fruit would be the easiest to consume. I tried fruitarianism awhile back and has so much energy I was bouncing off the walls. I'm trying to get back to it, becuase common sense tells me that fruit was made for people to eat. Plus fruit is cleansing while vegetables accumulate in the body. Also, in my opinion it is much harder to be a vegan veggie non/fruit eater, due to the lack of energy I experience. I've been able to work out during fruit juice fasts also.
