I think the fruitarian diet is the wrong diet for us humans bc there are too many edible, easy to digest, complimentary-to-our-digestive systems foods that are available to us. Vegetables, roots, sprouts, plants, seeds, and nuts are favorable to our health, bodies, and nutrition. I think fruit by itself lacks all of the vitamins and minerals, proteins, carbs, sugars(well it has sugar), and fats that are needed to give us fuel, energy, and building materials.
