Fact of the matter is fruit only doesn't work. I tried it for quite some time.
Results:
- Weak digestion
- Cold all the time (in very hot climate too)
- Loss of strength
- Loss of bone mass
What happens is people go on a cleansing fruit diet for a short time and it is great. Then they assume that if it is good for 2 months = best for all time.
This is flawed. Fruit only is for a good cleanse. Then you go back to normal foods.
