Hi Shirley...I don't have time to do a good post to you tonight...but I will early
tomorrow. But I just wanted you to know you've come to the right place. So try to
relax...and rest assured you can turn this around. There are many, many things you
can do. You will probably get quite a few replies...some very good...some not so good. But you will know in your heart what sounds right for you. So just research
everything you're told...even by me...and soon, you will be seeing the light at the
end of your dark tunnel. You can and will turn this around.

Northstar has some good advice. Check out the websites suggested...I'm not familiar
with this particular one...but check it out (I will too, later)...and see what it
has to offer.

Your cancer came back because you kept on doing the same old things that let it wake
up in your body in the first place. We all have 'sleeping cancer cells' in our bodies...the trick...is to KEEP them sleeping. But we get lax...and don't take care
of our health...and sometimes they wake up and cause us nightmares.
