Lu,

Maybe you created sort of a mini-flush contraction within your gb by
drinking the cap and that tighening feeling was the sludge and stones
passing down to your intestines. Then, the juice and ES would relax
the ducts, intestines, and colon and the whole blasted mess came out
for you to see. Sounds good no matter how it came out, right?
