Hi Lu,

There can be many reasons for this depending on many factors.

Those stones, gravel, sludge can come from your ducts relaxing from
the ES intake and cleaning out the excess from your last cleanse.
When was your last flush? I've found that for up to normally one
week, and even two weeks, that my body will continue to mini-flush as
I eat fats and as the oil finishes coursing through my system. This
is why a lot of mini-flushes happen when you are doing regular
flushing. Gravel can be in your gb, ducts, intestine, colon area and
may still be traveling out. Without the oil, you are missing the
contraction effect but with the ES you are getting a 'relaxing'
effect on many areas in your body.

As far as stones, that would depend on if they are hard marble formed
stones or if they are blobs of softer bile balls. Those blobs of bile
balls will normally travel out of your body with stool but an
excellerated effect could cause them to ball. Did you break one
open? You normally won't see that form of bile in your stool but an
intake of ES or mini-flush will eliminate them faster for better
viewing. If they were hard stones, congratulations on doing a flush
without oil. haha Or, they could have been hanging around from the
last cleanse. It would be great to contract the gb and get a full
flush without oil but it is a wishful thought only. :-)

Barry.
