I have occasionally had joint issues with psoriosis -- mostly in my knuckles (hand) or ankles. Eating oatmeal and pineapple daily seems to have done the trick for me. Mostly I think it's the oatmeal. If I skip the pineapple for awhile, it doesn't make much difference, but if I skip the oatmeal for too long, I'll notice the "pain" coming back.
