Okay, now I've read all the info and before I get out to the shops to buy what I need I just have a couple of questions which I hope Tom (or anyone who knows) doesn't mind answering:
1. "Beet" - what is this? I'm in Australia & this must be called something else here - I don't know something by the name "beet" - is it beetroot?
2. Nuts..rate a small mention - are all types of nuts okay for snacking on? Are sultanas okay?
3. Lunch - Cold cooked vegetables - why do the vegies have to be eaten cold?
