Some heating is okay, and all native cultures ate cooked foods even when they lived in tropical areas, so I don't totally put down cooked foods, but it's true that breakfast cereals in particular cut out fat so we wouldnt' feel satisfied. Whenever someone says cut out fat, you'll lose weight, I just want to laugh, because you NEVER FEEL FULL unless you eat fat. Our bodies need it so badly.
