Cut the avocado in half, take the pit out. Chop up tomatoes, green onion, parsley or cilantro (I actually use both sometimes), In each "hole" where the pit was, sprinkle some lemon juice, hot sauce, Sea Salt and cracked pepper, scoop the tomatoes and herb mix in the holes and sprinkle to top with the lemon juice, cayenne, salt, and pepper again and add just a hint of EVOO. It makes 2 wonderful little salads in edible avocado bowls. YUM~!
