Hiya Owen. Thanks for the post. I especially liked to hear that Avo's are good for the skin...that's good reason for me to eat more. Here's the thing: I don't like avacado's alone, like I wouldn't bite into it like a tomato or an apple, but I LOVE them when mixed, say with a salad. So I'm curious what your favorite ways to eat them are to give me ideas, although "with a little Sea Salt " is not a good answer for me! ;-) I think I'll also start experimenting with raw food soups with avo.
